These terms govern your use of whitebook.io during the beta period. By using this site or signing up for the waitlist, you agree to them.
1. The site
WhitebooK is currently in closed beta. This site exists to share what we are building and let people join a waitlist. The actual product is not yet generally available.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta or any specific timeline. We invite people in small waves based on fit. You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@whitebook.io.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to:
- Submit fake or third-party email addresses without consent
- Attempt to overwhelm or attack our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate interactions beyond reasonable browsing
4. Intellectual property
The WhitebooK name, logo, and the design and copy of this site are property of Mative LLC. You may share links to this site freely. Republishing the content without permission is not allowed.
5. No warranty
This site and the future product are provided "as is" during beta, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep things working and your data safe, but we make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose during this period.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhitebooK and Mative LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the beta product.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to people on the waitlist.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, where Mative LLC is registered.
