What we collect on this site
The waitlist form on this site collects:
- Your email address (the only thing you actively provide)
- Language preference (en / es)
- Approximate IP address and browser user agent (used to prevent abuse and understand traffic)
- Referrer URL (so we know which channel you came from)
- Timestamp of your signup
We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, ad networks, or behavioral cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To send you an email when your beta seat is ready
- To send occasional product updates related to WhitebooK (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To understand which countries and channels show interest, in aggregate
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Where data is stored
Waitlist data lives in Cloudflare D1 (a serverless SQL database) hosted in Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Cloudflare acts as our data processor.
Your rights (GDPR & similar)
You can at any time:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to delete it (we honor deletion requests within 30 days)
- Update or correct it
Send any request to hello@whitebook.io from the email address you used to sign up.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for analytics, tracking, or advertising. The only data we keep is what you explicitly submit through the waitlist form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as we move from beta to launch. Material changes will be communicated via email to people on the waitlist.
